Waah! My very favourite Canadian women's clothing store has filed for bankruptcy and will be closing down. Jacob, in my humble opinion was the best Canadian store for classic, quality basics for women. I have been shopping there for decades and would estimate half of my clothing is from Jacob. I am still wearing Jacob clothing that was purchased 10 plus years ago.
The only small light at the end of this tunnel is the fact that all merchandise will be liquidated in the next few weeks, and perhaps I can stock up and save big.
Jacob, I will miss your fashion forward but not teeny-bopper quality and often Canadian made clothing.
